1.Web Itinerary Payments
The web version charges US$1.99 once per itinerary generation, paid securely through Stripe. Each payment covers one generation with three plan options to preview and choose from. This is not a subscription and there is no monthly renewal. Payment must be confirmed before generation; an unsuccessful generation retains the purchase for retry. Planning, maps, collaboration and trip tools remain available without a subscription.
2.Intellectual Property & Website Usage
- Website Ownership: All website designs, source code, user interfaces, branding, and the proprietary concept of vibe-based AI generation are the exclusive property of Vibes Plan and are protected by copyright laws.
- Prohibited Replication: You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, distribute, or create a competing replica, software, or business platform based on our website's core architecture and unique concepts.
3.Itinerary Usage Rights (Generated Content)
- Freedom to Use: When you use Vibes Plan to generate travel itineraries, these final output plans are licensed to you for your personal and commercial reference.
- Commercial & Personal Flexibility: You are completely free to use, adapt, or incorporate the generated travel plans into your personal trips, share them with friends, or utilize them for professional and business reference purposes (such as travel planning or consulting).
4.AI Content & Itinerary Disclaimer
The travel itineraries, recommendations, and information generated by Vibes Plan's AI are for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or reliability of any AI-generated suggestions (including travel routes, operating hours, or activity safety). Users acknowledge that traveling involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your own safety, decisions, and actions while using our website. Vibes Plan is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
5.User Content & Conduct
- User-Generated Content: Users may input, share, or post content (such as travel notes, itineraries, reviews, and collaborative messages or photos) on the website. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to provide the service.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any objectionable content, including abusive, harassing, pornographic, hate speech, or illegal content.
- Zero-Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.
- Reporting and Blocking: The website provides reporting and blocking controls for shared content and trip conversations.
6.Community Guidelines & Content Moderation
To maintain a safe, respectful, and high-quality environment for all Vibes Plan users, you agree NOT to upload, post, or transmit any content that:
- Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, harassing, or hateful.
- Infringes upon any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal rights.
- Promotes illegal activities, commercial spam, or unauthorized advertising.
- Misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
7.Content Removal & Account Termination
- We act as a hosting platform and do not pre-screen all user-generated content. However, we reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any user-generated content that violates our policies within 24 hours of a report.
- We reserve the right to suspend or immediately terminate accounts of users who violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or post prohibited content.
- You may also request account deletion and personal data removal at any time through your account settings on the website.
8.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
